Garden Group Veg Garden Visit

Thursday 15 Jan 09 Garden Group visit to a Vegetable Grower's Farm Garden.
Situated out of town, they collect rainwater from several Farm Sheds, pump it to a tank on the hill behind the house and gravity feed it to the garden.

We've popped this little fellow
onto one of the posts in the Main Veg Garden
and named him Ned.

This is the view he had at the beginning of this month.

Ned lives on the South East corner of the veg garden
just next to Compost Corner.
