Bye Bye Top Knot!

Collared Sparrowhawk Accipiter cirrhocephalus
Doc called me this morning to see this!
The Hawk had caught a 'Top Knot' for breakfast.
These birds usually only get sparrows and smaller birds
This one must have been hungry.
Also called chicken hawks
they are the ones we like to keep out of the chook runs!
